NYC Administrative Code Title 28, Ch. 1, Art. 110, § 28-110.1
NYC Administrative Code § 28-110.1 requires a site safety plan, meeting the requirements of Article 110 of Chapter 1 of Title 28, for jobs requiring the designation of a primary construction superintendent and for the construction, demolition, or facade alteration of a major building when a sidewalk shed is required. The plan addresses site conditions, pedestrian and adjoining-property protection, unenclosed perimeter protection and netting, excavation safeguards, and fire protection, and (for construction-superintendent jobs) must be kept on site and made available to the Department upon request.
