How it works
1
We profile your property
FEMA flood zone, year built, construction type, square footage, current violations, and claim-relevant risk factors are assembled from your property data.
2
Quote request packaged
You tell us your coverage goals (dwelling, landlord, flood, umbrella). We package the risk profile for partner brokers.
3
Multiple carriers compete
Your profile goes to 3-5 partner brokers representing different carriers. They return quotes within 48 hours typically.
4
You pick, or walk away
Compare quotes side by side. Bind directly with the broker of your choice, or decline — no obligation.
What's included
No charge from RegWatch. Quotes and policies are between you and the broker.
FAQ
Is this insurance or just quote requests?
Quote requests only. RegWatch isn't a licensed insurance producer. Partner brokers are the ones who actually write your policy.
Why would brokers want to work with you?
Our risk profile is richer than what brokers usually get from a cold inquiry. Flood zone, actual year built, unresolved violations — all factored in. That means faster quotes with fewer "info requests" to you.
Does RegWatch charge me for the intro?
No. RegWatch doesn't bill property owners. Quote and policy negotiations are between you and the partner broker.
What about flood insurance specifically?
FEMA NFIP or private flood market. We identify your FEMA zone (AE, VE, X, etc.) and BFE, and route to brokers who handle either NFIP or private. Coastal / high-risk properties get specialist brokers.
Can I get landlord + liability as one package?
Yes. Dwelling policy + landlord liability endorsement is common — partner brokers quote this as DP-3 or similar. For multi-unit, commercial property policies may be more appropriate.
