Broker referrals

Free intro to a licensed neighborhood broker.

When your monitoring signals indicate disposition intent (tax distress, vacancy, repeated violations, ownership transfer inquiry), you can request a free intro to a licensed broker specializing in your property type and neighborhood. RegWatch is not a licensed real estate broker and takes no part of any commission; partners handle all transactions.

How it works

1
Tell us about your property
Buying, selling, or just exploring — share the property address and your email. Its property class and neighborhood shape which brokers are a fit.
2
We match to specialists
Not a generic broker directory. We match on property class and neighborhood specialty, and show you the partner's license before any intro.
3
You take it from there
Intro call with the broker(s), sign a rep agreement if you want to proceed. No obligation from our end.
4
Standard commission applies on close
Standard real estate commission is between you and the broker, per your representation agreement. RegWatch made the introduction; the transaction is between you two.

What's included

No charge from RegWatch. Standard real estate commission is between buyer/seller and the broker.

FAQ

Does the intro cost me anything?
No. RegWatch doesn't bill buyers or sellers. Standard real estate commission on close is between you and the broker, per your representation agreement.
What if I already have a broker?
Stick with them. Broker match is for when you don't have one or want a specialist for a specific property type.
How do you check the brokers you introduce?
We confirm each partner holds an active real-estate license with the state and show you their license number before any intro. We prioritize experienced neighborhood specialists for your property class.
What about dual agency?
We aim to match you with a broker who represents one side — buyer's agent or listing agent — to avoid the dual-agency conflict of interest.
Can I opt out of being a "referred lead"?
Yes. Before the intro, we tell you which broker we matched you with and why. If you prefer to find your own, that's fine — no pressure.
