Get a free quote from a vetted licensed contractor.
When we detect a new HPD, DOB, ECB, or tax-lien violation on your property, we generate a violation summary + scope-of-work outline (free) and refer you to a vetted licensed contractor in your borough for a binding quote. RegWatch is the bridge — the contractor is the service provider.

How it works
1
We detect violations
Your property is monitored across HPD, DOB, ECB, DCA, tax-lien sales, and C of O changes. New activity triggers an email alert.
2
Violation summary
Each alert ships with a RegWatch scope-of-work outline — what the violation says, what it typically takes to cure, what to ask a contractor.
3
Intro to a vetted local contractor
When you're ready, we hand-match you to 2–3 vetted local licensed contractors. We target small / independent / borough-based pros — not national franchises.
4
You hire directly
You contract with the contractor directly. RegWatch isn't in the middle of payment, escrow, or the service agreement — we just made the introduction.
What's included
No charge from RegWatch. You contract directly with the contractor.
FAQ
Do I have to hire your contractor?
No. The intro is a recommendation — you can ignore it, get other quotes, or fix it yourself. Using our network is always optional.
How are contractors vetted?
Every contractor on our shortlist has an active state license, $1M+ general liability insurance on file, and a track record (rating, completion rate, response time). We deliberately surface small / independent / local pros that big platforms ignore.
Who handles payment?
You and the contractor. RegWatch is the introducer, not the service provider — we don't handle escrow, payment, or service guarantees. Each contractor carries their own GL/E&O policy.
What if the violation can't be cured by a quick fix?
Some violations require permits, engineering reports, or specialized work. We flag that in the summary and refer you to the right specialist (architect, engineer, abatement firm).
Does RegWatch charge me for the intro?
No. We don't charge property owners. The contractor sets their own pricing and bills you directly.
