New York City's regulatory framework for real estate is spread across more than a dozen agencies, each maintaining its own databases and enforcement systems. A complete picture of any property requires data from multiple agencies — a single violation search that only checks DOB will miss HPD housing code violations and ECB judgment liens.
RegWatch is the only platform that unifies all 11 of these data sources into a single search, giving you truly comprehensive property intelligence.
Building permits, violations, inspections, certificates of occupancy, and construction oversight.
Learn more about DOB data →Housing code enforcement, emergency repairs, rent stabilization, and affordable housing programs.
Learn more about HPD data →Property tax assessments, market values, tax bills, outstanding balances, liens, and exemptions.
Learn more about DOF data →Recorded property documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, satisfactions, and UCC filings.
Learn more about ACRIS data →Zoning maps, land use data, PLUTO dataset, special districts, and development regulations.
Learn more about DCP data →Sanitation violations, collection routes, commercial waste zones, and environmental enforcement.
Learn more about DSNY data →Fire code violations, inspection records, fire safety compliance, and sprinkler/alarm systems.
Learn more about FDNY data →Water and sewer records, environmental site assessments, stormwater management, and utility charges.
Learn more about DEP data →Street permits, sidewalk violations, curb cut applications, and transportation infrastructure records.
Learn more about DOT data →Administrative hearings for city agency violations, fine adjudication, and judgment lien enforcement.
Learn more about ECB data →Zoning variances, special permits, appeals of DOB determinations, and land use exceptions.
Learn more about BSA data →RegWatch doesn't just display data from each agency side by side — we cross-reference and connect it. A DOB violation is linked to its ECB hearing and any associated fines. DOF tax balances are connected to potential lien sale exposure. ACRIS title records are checked against ECB judgment liens. This connected intelligence reveals risks that searching each agency individually would miss.
