LL126 Parking Inspections
NYC Local Law 126 of 2021
All parking structures (garages, decks) must be inspected by a QPSI engineer every 6 years on a staggered cycle by community district. First full cycle 2022-2027. Significant structural defects require corrective work within 18 months.
