Conn. Gen. Stat. § 20-314
Sets the qualifications, prelicensing education, examination, experience, fee, and renewal requirements for obtaining and renewing a Connecticut real estate broker or salesperson license, administered by the Real Estate Commission within the Department of Consumer Protection; also governs license reinstatement and related hearings. As amended by Public Act 23-84 (effective April 1, 2024), licenses issued on or after that date renew biennially.
