Conn. Agencies Regs. § 29-292-1e et seq. (2022 Connecticut State Fire Safety Code)
The Connecticut State Fire Safety Code, adopted by the State Fire Marshal within the Department of Administrative Services under RCSA Title 29, Subtitle 29-292 (§§ 29-292-1e through 29-292-25e) and administered as provided in Chapter 541 of the Connecticut General Statutes, prescribes minimum fire and life-safety provisions for buildings and occupancies statewide. The 2022 edition (effective October 1, 2022, with errata effective April 12, 2023) adopts the 2021 International Fire Code with Connecticut Amendments as Part III for new construction, renovations, additions, or change of use built on or after January 1, 2006, and the 2021 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code with Connecticut Amendments as Part IV for existing construction built before that date.
