9 RCNY Ch. 21 (Required Registration of Short-Term Rentals)
Title 9, Chapter 21 of the Rules of the City of New York implements Local Law 18 of 2022 by establishing short-term rental registration with the Mayor's Office of Special Enforcement (OSE), including the application and approval procedures in § 21-03 and the registered-host requirements. Registration carries a $145 non-refundable application fee, and the rules took effect in 2023.
