County Admin. Code § 277.61 Planning Referral
Westchester County Administrative Code § 277.61
Working with NYS General Municipal Law § 239-l, -m and -n, Westchester County Administrative Code § 277.61 requires municipal boards with land-use authority to refer designated local planning and zoning actions to the Westchester County Planning Board for review (the County Code controls where it conflicts with the GML). The County Planning Department administers the process through Table I (actions requiring referral of the complete application) and Table II (actions requiring notification only); submission deadlines vary by action type, generally 10 or 30 days before the local public hearing.
