Town Comprehensive Plan (§272-a)

N.Y. Town Law § 272-a

Establishes the framework for adoption of a town comprehensive plan and provides that all town land use regulations — including any zoning, subdivision, special use permit, or site plan regulation — must be in accordance with the adopted comprehensive plan.
