N.J.A.C. 5:70-2.4
Divides premises and uses identified as life hazard uses under the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code into four basic groups designated as types "A", "B", "C", and "D", with the specific qualifying uses set forth respectively in N.J.A.C. 5:70-2.4A through 2.4D (the type designation is for reference only and is not determinative of the degree of hazard). Each individual life hazard use must be registered separately and treated as separate and distinct for the Code's administrative purposes, whether or not other life hazard uses exist at the same premises; premises that are incidental or auxiliary to the agricultural use of a farm property are not classified as life hazard uses.
