N.J.A.C. 5:10-1.12
Within 30 days of the most recent inspection of any hotel or multiple dwelling, the owner must file with the Bureau of Housing Inspection (or a local enforcing agency with jurisdiction) an application for a certificate of inspection on the provided forms, accompanied by the required inspection fee. No certificate of inspection issues while a building subject to the Uniform Fire Safety Act has outstanding Uniform Fire Code (N.J.A.C. 5:70) violations, and applications for hotels and motels must certify that all employees required to be trained to recognize and report suspected human trafficking have viewed the informational video required under N.J.A.C. 5:10-29.
Pin a building and we'll surface every amendment, effective-date change, and filing deadline as it happens.
