NYC Local Law 55 of 2018
Landlords of rental units must investigate + remediate indoor allergen hazards (mold, cockroaches, rodents, mice) at least annually and between tenancies. Integrated pest management required. Penalty for failure: HPD can cite Class B or C violations.
