LL86 Rent-Stab Notice
Local Law 86 of 2025
Local Law 86 of 2025 (effective Jan 26, 2026) requires any multiple dwelling with one or more rent-stabilized units to post a common-area notice, in English and Spanish, informing tenants of their rent-stabilization status and rights. A new recurring posting/maintenance duty enforced by HPD.
