Bedbug Filing
NYC Admin Code § 27-2018.2
Local Law 69 of 2017 (HMC § 27-2018.2, "Reporting bedbug infestations") requires owners of multiple dwellings (3+ units) to file an annual bedbug infestation history report with HPD each cycle (window Dec 1–31, covering the prior Nov–Oct), distribute the filing to tenants, and post the receipt — even if the building is bedbug-free. Non-filing is an HPD violation with per-unit penalties. (The related tenant-facing infestation-history notice is § 27-2018.1.)
