Authorizes the New Jersey Real Estate Commission to investigate the actions of any real estate broker, broker-salesperson, or salesperson, and any unlicensed person who acts as or represents themselves as authorized to act as one, and to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a license for enumerated causes including substantial misrepresentation or false promises, conduct constituting fraud or dishonest dealing, commingling of clients' funds or failure to maintain a separate special account, failure to account for or pay over money belonging to others, and obtaining a license by fraud. Each transaction is construed as a separate offense, and a third violation may cause the person to be deemed a repeat offender to whom no license shall thereafter be issued.
