CGS § 19a-110 + RCSA § 19a-111

CT lead paint law: DPH must be notified of any child under 6 with blood lead level ≥3.5 µg/dL. Landlords of pre-1978 buildings must abate lead hazards within 30 days of notification. Violates → rental unit deemed uninhabitable + tenant may withhold rent.
