13 NYCRR Part 20 — New/Vacant Condos
13 NYCRR Part 20
New York Attorney General regulations implementing GBL § 352-e for offering plans of newly constructed, vacant, or non-residential (commercial/professional) condominiums. No condominium unit may be sold or offered for sale and no purchase agreement executed until the Department of Law files (accepts for filing) the offering plan. The Part prescribes offering-plan format and content, including a mandatory bold-face cover-page title ("CONDOMINIUM OFFERING PLAN" or "COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM OFFERING PLAN") and a required Attorney General disclosure legend stating that filing does not mean the Department or any government agency has approved the offering.
