Ithaca Municipal Code Ch. 258 (Good Cause Eviction)

Ithaca adopted Good Cause Eviction protections 2021 — one of the first NY cities to do so. Limits evictions to enumerated causes (nonpayment, breach, nuisance) and caps rent increases. Passed statewide in modified form via NY Good Cause 2024.
