CT Fair Rent Act (PA 22-30)

CT Public Act 22-30 (Fair Rent Commission Mandate)

CT Public Act 22-30 requires every municipality with population >25,000 to establish a Fair Rent Commission. Commissions review complaints of excessive rent. Does not cap rents but creates judicial-style review of unreasonable increases under CGS § 7-148b.
