CT SOI (§ 46a-64c)

CGS § 46a-64c

CT General Statutes § 46a-64c prohibits housing discrimination based on lawful source of income, expressly including federal/state housing assistance and Section 8 vouchers (HCV). Owners cannot refuse to rent to voucher holders or impose terms not applied to other applicants. Enforced by the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO).
